Begin by Signing In. Use the Filters to find what you’re interested in. Tag sessions as favorites with the Favorite star to build a temporary schedule and see any timing overlaps. When you’re ready to commit, use Add to Schedule to enroll in a session. The session will be saved in your Calendar and integrated into the mobile app.
In the Calendar, users who are signed in can see their scheduled sessions and favorites in duplicate timeslots.
For the technical sessions, seating is filled onsite on a first-come, first-served basis. Enrolling in sessions with Add to Schedule helps us manage room assignments to ensure we can best accommodate attendees’ preferences; It is not a guarantee that access will be available.
