Proposals are now being accepted for ARM TechCon 2015, which will take place November 10-12, 2015. Designers, engineers, and developers are encouraged to submit their proposals for technical presentations or panels during the three-day event at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Santa Clara, CA.
The ARM TechCon conference brings together hardware engineers, software developers, and system architects working across a broad range of applications, from wearables to drones to servers. It aims to provide informational sessions and offers networking opportunities for those working on ARM-based products, showcasing innovative design techniques and deep technical dives on how to solve the latest design challenges.
ARM TechCon speakers can discuss design ideas, applications, design advancements, process improvements, or innovative products based on ARM technology in their presentations. To be accepted, proposals must be technical and educational in nature as well as non-commercial.
Proposals must be submitted by June 8, 2015 through the electronic portal. Sessions last 50 minutes and can be framed as a technical session or panel discussion. All proposals will be reviewed by the ARM TechCon Technical Program Committee and will be evaluated based on quality, relevance, impact, and originality. Accepted proposals will require the presenter to submit slides and to prepare a talk for ARM TechCon 2015.
This year’s ARM TechCon Technical Program Committee invites technical proposals in the following tracks: Embedded, Networking Infrastructure/Servers, Internet of Things, Automotive/Embedded Vision, Mobile/Connectivity, Wearables/Sensors, and Tools & Implementation. A description of each track and list of sample topics can be found at http://www.armtechcon.com/call-for-submissions-2015/).
The submissions portal closes on June 8, 2015.
