Once again, ARM TechCon 2013 will be a green event with no physical press collateral allowed in the onsite Media Center. Exhibitors are invited to submit press releases and press kits for posting on our online media center to ARM TechCon 2013 by emailing up to three documents as attachments, accompanied by PR contact details to firstname.lastname@example.org. To receive the ARM TechCon 2013 press list, you must be a registered exhibitor for the event. The press list will be available starting September 29 and will be accessible in the exhibitor portal. To be added to the electronic distribution list, please mail Linda Uslaner at email@example.com.
Meeting Rooms in the Media Center
For exhibitors needing space for press meetings at ARM TechCon 2013, a limited number of press interview rooms are available in the Media Center. There are six rooms available, which accommodate four people. Rooms can be scheduled in 30-minute intervals on each day of the conference. To schedule a room please contact Linda Uslaner at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Media/Press Registration Information
If you are interested in registering for a press pass, please review the required credentials below and be prepared to show media identification and a recently published industry-related article onsite.
Required Credentials for Press & Analysts
To qualify for a complimentary media pass for ARM TechCon, the applicant must cover the industry on a regular basis by writing regular reports or publishing relevant articles on the industry that are not solicited by an exhibiting company and are not confidential. Private consultants who are paid by an individual company are not eligible for a media pass, and should request a pass from the sponsoring company. Additional information on requirements for press and analysts is as follows.
One of the following credentials must be presented in advance to ARM TechCon before press and analyst registration can be approved:
- Trade/Business Publications; Online/News Services
- Industry Analysts
- Online News Outlets
- Association Publications/Newsletters
- Freelance Writers and Authors
Reporters from industry trade publications, newspapers and wire services must provide a sample of an article published within the past six months that clearly displays authorship.
Writers from internationally recognized market research or financial institutions who consistently write for regularly published newsletters and/or reports must provide a sample of an industry-related report published within the past six months that clearly displays authorship.
Online News Outlets
An online news outlet must contain original news content above and beyond links, forums, troubleshooting tips and reader contributors, and have a readership of over 1,000 per month. Each news outlet must have a paid reporting staff of two or more and must post original, dated, industry-related news at least once per week.
Reporters from internationally recognized magazines, newspapers or newsletters produced by industry associations must provide an article published within the past six months. Newsletter reporters must have a registered subscriber base of at least 500.
Freelance Writers and Authors
Persons requesting freelance credentials must provide an article published within the past six months. Those who freelance occasionally and are employed by non-news organizations are not eligible for media credentials. We reserve the right to refuse media badges, without cause, during pre-registration as well as onsite media registration. Please be advised that, due to high demand, media badges are limited in number.
