The Media Center is located on the 2nd floor of the Santa Clara Convention Center in Rooms 203/204. The Media Center hours are as follows:

To receive the ARM TechCon 2014 press list, you must be a registered exhibitor for the event. The press list will be available starting September 2 and will be accessible in the exhibitor portal. To be added to the electronic distribution list, please email Ian Doyle at email@example.com.

Book a FREE Meeting Room in the Media Center
For exhibitors needing space for press meetings at ARM TechCon 2014, a limited number of press interview rooms are available in the Media Center. There are six rooms available, which accommodate four people. Rooms can be scheduled in 30-minute intervals on each day of the conference. To schedule a room please contact email@example.com.
When booking a meeting the following information is needed:
- Company name
- Media/analyst contact
- Number of people
- PR Contact
Credentials Required for Press Registration
To qualify for a complimentary media pass for ARM TechCon, the applicant must cover the industry on a regular basis by writing regular reports or publishing relevant articles on the industry that are not solicited by an exhibiting company and are not confidential. Private consultants who are paid by an individual company are not eligible for a media pass, and should request a pass from the sponsoring company. Additional information on requirements for press and analysts is as follows.
One of the following credentials must be presented in advance to ARM TechCon before press and analyst registration can be approved:
- Trade/Business Publications; Online/News Services
Reporters from industry trade publications, newspapers and wire services must provide a sample of an article published within the past six months that clearly displays authorship.
- Industry Analysts
Writers from internationally recognized market research or financial institutions who consistently write for regularly published newsletters and/or reports must provide a sample of an industry-related report published within the past six months that clearly displays authorship.
- Online News Outlets
An online news outlet must contain original news content above and beyond links, forums, troubleshooting tips and reader contributors, and have a readership of over 1,000 per month. Each news outlet must have a paid reporting staff of two or more and must post original, dated, industry-related news at least once per week.
- Association Publications/Newsletters
Reporters from internationally recognized magazines, newspapers or newsletters produced by industry associations must provide an article published within the past six months. Newsletter reporters must have a registered subscriber base of at least 500.
- Freelance Writers and Authors
Persons requesting freelance credentials must provide an article published within the past six months. Those who freelance occasionally and are employed by non-news organizations are not eligible for media credentials. We reserve the right to refuse media badges, without cause, during pre-registration as well as onsite media registration. Please be advised that, due to high demand, media badges are limited in number.
Online Press Kit
Once again, ARM TechCon 2014 will be a green event with no physical press collateral allowed in the onsite Media Center. Exhibitors are invited to submit press releases and press kits for posting on our online media center to ARM TechCon 2014 by emailing up to three documents as attachments, accompanied by PR contact details to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please specify your company name and “ARM TechCon 2014 Press Kit” in the subject line. Contact the Ian Doyle at email@example.com for more information.
